What we collect
- Details you give us in a quote request or contact form: your name, email, phone number, postcode, address, project details and any photos you upload.
- Account details if you register: your name, email and password (stored encrypted).
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, used to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits and prepare quotes.
- To carry out and manage work you have asked us to do.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run this website and our business (for example our hosting and email providers), and only as much as they need. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 24 months. Records for jobs we carry out are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and warranty purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us at [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
